Cambridge is known globally as an elite university with many famous alumni, but what are the best subjects to study there?
The University of Cambridge was founded in 1209 and is made up of 31 colleges. With that amount of history, it’s not surprising that the campus boasts a stunning array of historic and beautiful architecture, including King's College Chapel, St. John's College, and the Wren Library at Trinity College. It also gives the university a unique charm and is perhaps one of the reasons so many international students come to study here.
Why study at Cambridge
As well as being steeped in tradition with a diverse student community, Cambridge University is a leading research hub, with many research centres, institutes and laboratories across a wide range of disciplines. The university runs its own well known publishing house, Cambridge University Press, which helps publish academic findings and contributes to the university's global impact.
