Cambridge is one of the main cities in the region and Cambridge University is one of the most famous institutions in the world. Occupying the number one spot in the regional table, Cambridge University usually takes first or second place in the university league tables for the UK. Aside from punting on the river, Cambridge also offers museums, pubs, and a music festival.

Norwich is home to two universities including UEA. It’s a popular place to live as there’s lots going on in the city and it’s a short drive to the Norfolk countryside and coast.

Colchester is home to one of the campuses for the University of Essex and is a great place for a night out after studying all day.
